Gavin has four years experience in management and 17 years experience in HR and Strategy. His particular focus areas are:

Gavin is a director of SA Facilitators’ Network and a member of the International Association of Facilitators.


Derek Eaton:
B.Soc.Sc (UCT);
BA Hons (US); IRDP (USB).

Derek has 18 years experience in HR and management. His specific areas of expertise and passion are:

He is a member of SA Facilitators Network and is registered as a Psychometrist with the Health Professionals Council of South Africa.


Nicky Perks:

Nicky has 11 years experience in business process and policy documentation design, training material development as well as project management.

She is our marketing assistant, documentation and training material co-coordinator and also takes care of all administrative requirements of the business.

Dr Kevin Lentin:

Dr Lentin is a Chiropractor and Health and Life style coach. Dr Lentin has built a very successful chiropractic practice in the Southern suburbs of Cape Town, where he has been for the past 22 years.
In addition to his love of the philosophy and practice of chiropractic, his fascination for the nutritional sciences led him to complete his Diploma in Applied Clinical Nutrition from the Academy of Nutrition, in Sydney, Australia.

Dr Lentin has focused his practice on a more integrated approach to health and wellness, incorporating his skills in the musculo-skeletal, bio-nutritional and psycho-emotional realms to offer patients a holistic approach to health care.

Now, as well as his private practice, Dr Lentin shares his wealth of knowledge and experience as a motivational speaker, to assist individuals, families, businesses and corporations to function at their optimum potential, to prevent disease and increase healthy longevity.
