We utilize best practice training methodologies:

Delegate manuals consist of theory and exercises and a variety of instructional methods are used by our experienced facilitators, e.g., skills practices, role plays, group and individual work, case studies, guest speakers, games, fun exercises and DVDs, slides etc.

 

Focused attention for each delegate:

Our courses can accommodate up to 14 delegates using one Facilitator (larger groups will require a second Facilitator). This delegate to facilitator ratio ensures that every delegate is provided with adequate opportunity for skills practices, evaluation and feedback.

 

Our prices are competitive:

We don’t charge per delegate but charge a daily facilitation rate instead. This becomes very cost effective for group sizes of 8 delegates or more. Contact us for a free quote.

 

Short seminars or talks:

We realise that sometimes all that is required is a short half day seminar or 2 hour talk on something topical and interesting for your employees, e.g., Stress and lifestyle management,  Motivation, Confidence  or Personal Leadership. You bring the crowd, we will keep them entertained and give them something to think about!
